Karla Dembik is the Founder/Owner of Phoenix Payment Processing, a family, Women Veteran-Owned business.
Karla spent 14 years in the Military, first as a U.S. Marine and later as an Army Intelligence Officer and UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter Pilot. After a couple of tours overseas, she decided to take her leadership skills and move into the private sector.
Successfully making the transition, Karla worked for Fortune 100 companies in the Cybersecurity, Financial Technology, and Banking industries. During this time, she learned and expanded upon her passion and knowledge of Digital Payments.
Karla has spent almost the last decade working with industry leaders in digital payments to bring the most exclusive opportunities to business owners and enterprises nationwide.

Maria Dembik is a highly experienced business professional who has dedicated her life to creating and building businesses. She has years of experience in a variety of industries, including accounting and finance, business development, real estate investing, aviation operations, and organic agriculture.
In addition to her professional achievements, Maria also gives back to her local community by volunteering in emergency service relief efforts, serving as a pillar of support in church missions across the globe, and sponsoring children throughout Latin America.
Maria's passion for business and her dedication to mentorship led her to join her daughter Karla's company, Phoenix Pay Pros as its Chief Financial Officer. As the CFO of Phoenix Pay Pros, Maria is responsible for the company's financial planning and analysis, as well as overseeing all aspects of accounting and finance. She also provides critical input on strategic business decisions, helping to ensure that the company remains on the cutting edge of the industry.

Karl Dembik is the Chief Operations Officer for Phoenix Pay Pros. He has dedicated his life to building numerous businesses from the ground up. Karl brings years of experience in multiple industries, including Architecture, Construction, Engineering, land development, restaurant/retail, Aviation, and organic farming.
In addition to his professional achievements, Karl also gives back to the local community by serving as a subject matter expert on business operations and building projects. Karl also supports Churches and Missionaries worldwide and has helped on numerous construction projects to build schools throughout Latin America.
Karl's passion for business and his dedication to mentorship led him to join his daughter Karla's company, Phoenix Pay Pros as its Chief Operations Officer. As the COO of Phoenix Pay Pros, Karl is responsible for the company's day-to-day operations. He works with Karla to develop and implement strategic initiatives, business plans, and objectives to ensure the company's continued growth and success.
Together, the Dembik family has made it their mission to change the way people think about and experience business ownership.
